What is a giclée print?
Giclée is a type of fine arts print where an inkjet printer sprays the ink onto paper resulting in high-resolution replicas. The use of pigment-based inks and archival paper, which is acid-free, makes giclée prints resistant to smudging, sun, and humidity damage, ensuring outstanding durability and a longer lifespan.
Will my print be hand-signed?
Unfortunately, open-edition prints are not available hand-signed.
How long does it take to make?
We partner with Printful to make prints on demand, which allows us to reduce overproduction waste, minimizing the impact on the environment. Printful's estimated fulfillment time is 2 to 5 business days.
Where can I find my order confirmation?
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you cannot find it in your primary inbox, it may have ended up in your spam folder.
What are your shipping times?
Estimated shipping times can be located within the product description. Once your order is ready to go, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via our tracking page.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, with some exceptions. Printful does not currently ship to the following destinations due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, the Gaza Strip region in Palestine, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.
Please note that import duties and taxes may occur depending on your country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Can I return or exchange the print if I change my mind?
Since we use print of demand, each product is made especially for you when you place an order. Therefore, we cannot support exchanges or returns from a change of mind.
What do I do if my print arrives damaged or defective?
If your print is defective or damaged during shipment, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Kindly take a photo of the print and packaging, if applicable, and email pauladimarco.art@gmail.com with your order number and a short explanation within 15 days of receiving the product. Keep in mind that the whole item should be visible in the image.
What do I do if my print gets lost in the mail?
If you have not received your order within 15 days of the estimated delivery date, please get in touch with us at pauladimarco.art@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Keep in mind that if tracking information states that the order was delivered, we cannot take responsibility. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
